IJsseldijk Van Cappelle Advocaten is a trading name of a strategic alliance of two separate, independent practices of attorneys Antoinette van Cappelle and Jan Willem IJsseldijk. We combine our forces and share our expertise to the benefit of our clients. We are not a partnership as defined by the Legal Profession Bye-law.

Branches of law

In the branches of law register of the Netherlands Bar, Jan Willem IJsseldijk is registered under business law and employment law; Antoinette van Cappelle is registered under employment law. Because of these registrations, we are required to earn ten continuing education points each calendar year in each registered branch of law. The Bar also prescribes a total of twenty continuing education points per calendar year per attorney. We more than meet these standards each year, not least because we receive continuing education from the Professor of Employment Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam about recent developments, new legislation, and the implications thereof for the legal practice.
